Who Am I?

I’m Danni Duff — a thoughtful, hands-on contractor with a background in executive support, event coordination, and travel planning. Over the years, I’ve worked behind the scenes on a mix of corporate and experiential projects, supporting everything from meetings and logistics to graphics, catering, and talent wrangling. I’ve worn a lot of hats: project coordinator, production assistant, travel advisor- and I’ve learned how to step-in where needed and keep things moving.

My experience as a former C-level executive assistant and certified travel agent has helped shape how I approach support work: calm, practical, and people-focused. Whether it’s helping organize an event, tracking details across a timeline, or finding simple ways to get from A to B — I try to show up with care and clarity.
